Abstract

In today’s knowledge-driven economy, the promise of a university degree as a guaranteed pathway to employment is increasingly being questioned. Across the world, and particularly in India, graduates often find themselves unable to secure meaningful employment due to a mismatch between the skills taught in universities and those demanded by the job market.
